Qbo in gastronomy

Roboqbo, with over 40 years of experience in the food processing field, has gained an esteemed position as top-of-the-line in the field of gastronomy and haute cuisine thanks to its continuous innovation and research of excellence.
In collaboration with the starred chef Viviana Varese, Roboqbo has created 3 new videos for the field of gastronomy and catering. Each video tells a story about a specific process through a series of recipes created with Qbo system.

Refining: aioli with black garlic, hummus, cheese sauce, basil pesto
Cooking: risotto, garden salad, slow-cooked lamb, ragù alla bolognese (bolognese sauce)
